		Diane Luong    Scholarship Committee
		Diane Luong works as an attorney at the Superior Court of Alameda, Self-Help Services, assisting customers with family law, small claims, guardianships, and general civil cases. Prior to working at the Superior Court, she worked as a staff attorney at Legal Assistance for Seniors and as an associate at a couple of small private firms before that. Diane obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999. She is originally from Garden Grove, California. Diane is a founding member and Chair of the Board of the Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay (VACCEB) based in Oakland. Diane is admitted to practice in the State of California.
