| Duyen Nguyen practices complex business litigation, ranging from unfair business practices to trade secret disputes, partnership matters, employment, and class actions. Duyen also has a background in healthcare law. Duyen has practiced in private law firms in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Orange County. She holds degrees from UC Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa) and UCLA School of Law, where she was selected as the Michael Palley Consumer Law Fellow. Duyen is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and the District of Columbia. In 2008, Duyen spearheaded a discussion panel at the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (“NCVAA”) on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Vietnam and the United States concerning the repatriation of Vietnamese Americans. In addition to her VABANC and NCVAA involvement, Duyen actively participates in the American Bar Association (“ABA”), where she has served as a young lawyer member of the Women in the Profession Commission for the past two years. Duyen was born in Hue, Vietnam but grew up in Sacramento, California. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and music. |
