		Huy Luong    Treasurer
		In February of 2008, Huy Luong began his current position as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Attorney General’s Office in San Francisco. As a state prosecutor, he has carried out both criminal appellate and trial level advocacy. Huy received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis in 2007. In April of 2009, Huy became involved in VABANC as the Communications Chair. This year he is serving on the VABANC Board as treasurer.
