  Nhung has been practicing law at Luce, Forward since her first year of practice. She is a senior associate in the Commercial, Finance & Insolvency group at Luce, Forward. She specializes in representing bankruptcy trustees, assignees, receivers and creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. This includes representing trustees and assignees in fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, contractual disputes, lien disputes and claim objections. In addition, she negotiates and documents sales of business assets, intellectual property, real property and lease assignments. She also represents institutional lenders as well as borrowers in negotiating and documenting loan restructures, workouts, loan refinance transactions and foreclosures.

Nhung graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2000 and received a B.A. in Sociology and B.A. in Rhetoric & Communications from UC Davis. She is originally from Sacramento and has been living in San Francisco since 2000. She is a member of her firm's Diversity Committee.
